It's on a rancher's private land. He is kind enough to give us a key to open the gate and shoot. Wish I could tell you more than that!- 13 replies

You may want to check eBay. I bought my H S Precidion sendero takeoff stock on eBay for $280. It was brand new with bottom metal and factory tags on it

Good start with the Timney. I love mine and it is set at 2lbs, they will set it at your desired pull weight from the factory if you ask. If it was me I would purchase a Vortex Viper HS-LR or Viper HS-T next. In my opinion they are the most feature packed scopes for the money. My brother in law bought a used factory Remington 700 in 7mm, bought a Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50, factory winchester 150gr from wal-mart and sighted in at 100 yards, then took a shot at 1,000 and hit it. Check it out in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kAknB_mZ0s. I'm not saying that is all you need but a good trigger and good optics/rings/rail is a good start!

I am selling a used Leupold RX-1000i TBR DNA rangefinder. It comes with the original box, receipt from Cabelas, papers, and case that goes on your belt. It has been gently taken care of and works perfectly. It is perfect for a bowhunter or for reaching out long with the rifle. I have used it to shoot rocks out to 1000 yards. It has the angle compensation feature as well as ballistic profiles to choose from. I am asking $350. New prices are around $415.
