Yes, I know this Devin. I am talking more tags, my bad. This year will be the first year 37B will have a sheep tag from the reintroduction program back in 2006 and 37A can have more then two tags, hoping there could be more with a bigger population of big horns. With a dream of every southern Arizona unit to hold big horn sheep.....that's all I am trying to say, sorry.!

More sheep tags for people later on! an to watch the sheep is pretty cool!..yeah they might move to another location! and then they will have a sheep tag in 37A!.. or better yet they make it to silverbell herd!!....my point being is maybe the sheep in the "Santa Catalina Mountains" deserve a second chance? But i think as sportsmen we should stand on what we "BRAG" about all the time is that!...." We as hunters do more for perserving habitat an animals then the anti hunting groups do!..with modern technology maybe they have made some advances in perserving the herds and helping the balance between predation and pray!...sickness an health for the sheep!...i understand what your trying to say "ONESHOT"!.....but i can think off alot worse things to waste money on then trying to bring back sheep in this area!...more and more money is wasted by out "IRS"! in one weekend then what this project will cost!...an if it doesnt workout! then we can say we tryed!..but we should give every chance so hunters can experance a once in a life time hunt in there back yard! thanks Steve

HI-LUX from Leatherwood the UNI-Dial rifle scope is in that price range! my custom 30.06 made by Doyle Shamley was topped off with this scope and it shoots a 1000 yards! My wife took her buck last year at 584 yards with it !! scope is very user freindly too!...it has not let me down!!...just a thought!..hope this helps!! Happy hunting!

In the past when we used to hunt 5A we loved to hunt in the southen part of unit the 300 road that runs along the rim all the way to where the traill drops off the rim into the valley where it runs into pine! the area in that area hold alot of nice elk! its always me second choise on my app,!

Craig! i know what you are feeling! sometimes you see hunter get cought up in the numbe'sr games!!!.an it gets ugly out there! ...belive me you know what im talking about, like some people you know! Who care's only if there buck, bull,goat or what ever they are hunting is a booner!! or its the biggest one on the mountain!!...i've had people tell me that they wouldnt have shot the animal i took becuse they would have waited for something bigger!..?...there is one guy on this web, site that could not put it any better!!....you know!!...the one who has "MAN I LOVE TO HUNT"! you cant say it any better!! i cant tell you what animal im going to take before the hunt!! i'd lie if i did!! weather its a rag horn spike bull or a 400 class bull! but i'll know him when i know see him an thats the truth...an if its the rag horn i took that day! then i'll treat him like he was a 400 class monster!!........ i have alot of freinds that are guides!! i even tried doing it once (guiding) but it took the ''reason''! why i hunt out of it!! ...DYI is the way to go!....when you look down at the animal you just harvested! an you have done the home work! the leg work! he is yours! an it just feels better! ....its like taking out kids "THEY JUST LOVE TO HUNT "!......Hats off to you for keeping it real!! :D God Bless!
