.......is all its good for now. Went up north today to check my cameras. Hit my second camera location and was happy it was still there! So I woke it up and it starts flashing SD FULL. No pics on the card tho! Replaced with fresh card and got the same flashing error! Replaced with another fresh card, same error. Crap! Removed batteries(99%). Walked off 10 paces and unloaded my 9MM into it! It was my oldest camera, so can't complain really. It's served me well. Time for some shopping.

It was an old Primos camera. It was the very first camera I bought many years ago. Others have asked if the card was formatted or corrupt. The card worked perfectly in another camera I had at the truck, so it wasn't the card. But trust me, after my destructive activity, it did cross my mind as I walked back to the truck! Lol

Not picking sides here. But by law, Wilderness areas must be roadless. Cherry Creek road makes several incursions into the Sierra Ancha Wilderness, particularly in the northen part. I assume the FS is taking action on this based on feedback from outside organizations. Who knows?

I don't think they established a process for that did they? Just kinda said it could be one of many things. I'm hoping its just the next guy in line that would have gotten it because I can't imagine the chaos with everyone trying to race to get one tag. Guys that live closer would have an advantage as well. Yeah, I'm just speculating. Not sure how they're gonna handle it. We shall see!

Remember: We'll have another batch in a few weeks as people exercise their Point Guard option. You'll have to check that leftover list everyday to see if a good tag pops up. Then a mad dash to a Department office to grab that tag!

The leftover process is a little different. If your app doesn't pull any tags, they'll return it, along with your check/MO uncashed. This also happens if all the tags are gone before they pull your app. They won't cash it unless you pull a tag.

That's what I do. I block 2 weeks in September and 3 weeks in November(13B). I've been canceling them for awhile now. Lol
