Depends. I have 12's and a spotting scope. Find them with 12's and see details with the spotting scope. If you don't have a spotting scope the bigger the binos the better but everything considered I've found plenty of stuff with 10's. Just might have to move in closer to confirm if it's a shooter.

What bullet are you using? Have heard reports that some eldx bullets have come from the factory sized too big. One guy said his whole box was .2845 and he couldn't get the bullet to go in his gun. Thought it was the chamber being reamered wrong but it was the bullet.

I don't hunt unit ten and while I'm happy guys get to still hunt it I think it was more the department seeing revenue going down when people stopped putting in for unit 10. They claim they fought for us the hunters but seems like all it did was benefit the department and the Boquillas Ranch with a $55,000 loan. Who even knows what the money will go towards there. Either way it will just be free money for the ranch to benefit themselves. Think of all the projects that could have been done around the state with $55,000.

I emailed Amber about it but they had a big meeting so if they happen to send it to me I'd imagine it's gonna be next week. And it they have it don't know why they wouldnt post it. So more than likely they won't give it to me but who knows!

The standard model which I have as well has two doors. There are no separate windows but each door had a screen you can open which is just as good as windows. Only other difference in deluxe model is they have some air vent things at the top and have a little hanging gear net at the top to put stuff on.

As bad as odds are in the regular draw they are much worse in the special draws. I just type in each state and go to their game and fish site and find the info about each states draw.

I think everyone with Max right now assuming he is a resident will draw before they are too old to hunt. If he is going for unit 22 could take him a while longer but I believe he would draw.

That's just what it is right now. Next year all the guys with 26 that don't draw this year will have 27 and so forth. Eventually it will be to the point guys have 50+ points and still won't be max.

You're joking right? If I live to be 150 maybe I can go sheep hunting too. There are a ton of hypothetical situations but more than likely the 11 year old and even myself will never be max point holders (I have 15 points which in reality is nothing) and odds say we will never draw. There's always a chance but statistically speaking it's not gonna happen. And let me know how a 99 year old person does on their sheep hunt.

Correct. But when you think about it when you have 19 more chances than the other guy but 100,000 people are applying is 19 really that much better than 1? It's better but mathematically insignificant really.
