NR were never guaranteed 10%. It's always been up to 10% so technically it's the same as it was just 5% can go to different NR. Not just top bonus point holders.

Used to be that the 10% of the tags they were allowed to have could all go in the bonus pass. Making it where only top point holders could get the best tags. They now changed it to where 5% can go to top bonus point holders and the other 5% go in the random draw so now everyone had a slim chance of drawing. Screwed the guys with high points to make it where guys with low or no points would want to keep putting in rather than giving up on AZ knowing they couldn't draw the best tags.

Now it's $500

Touché. . None of my scopes have ever killed a desert bighorn so I guess I have no comeback.

What hunts?

Hope you documented it so in April when you're denied a tag you have some proof of who you talked to.

As much as I don't like the department I've never had a problem with it. I put in 8 people tonight for both elk and antelope and never had a problem. I'd have to give it an A in my own personal experience. Maybe a B since it gets delayed by a few days every year.

Hard to believe NOONE Drew a tag in the special draw. Sounds like they just saved their butts from getting a lawsuit or something and still didn't have to give any extra tags. Hopefully some guys didnt agree to the special draw and go after them.

Never understood why people just do points. Especially now that even nr can draw any tag. While you have a terrible chance of drawing a tag you still have more of a chance than buying a point.

I believe to an extent some rich people are still looked up to. It's when they have an advantage over middle to lower class people in something that shouldn't be able to be messed with because of money. The department was set up to serve everyone equally. We all pay taxes and pay the fees to keep them going so when something comes up where if you have money and that's going to let you have an advantage over someone it's not right. I don't blame the guy with the money for taking advantage of it I just think they should never have the chance to take advantage in the first place.

Correct, which I think is awesome and glad the program is allowing people like that to return tags. Just the other details I've talked about that are crazy to me.

That's the premium membership that gets that. Guys in coues that are premier members will get first shot at tags.

Is it made in Belgium? Those are the real expensive ones.
