That's really cool, country. Did you get the early or the late hunt?

Congrats on the tag, should be a good year over there. What outfitter did you use?

Casey, I try to avoid other brands of scopes that could cause me to shoot the horns off of an animal. David That's hilarious!!!!

It was nice to meet the whole Mullins crew (Jim sr., Jim and Matt). I bailed before the night was over but it was a good time overall.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any GSP rescue operations here in AZ? There is a Stud looking GSP male at the local shelter here in town. He's been there since November and is running out of time. I'd take him in a second but my 11 year old male GSP is not kind to younger males. I'd be willing to incur all costs of an adoption or the costs of getting him to a rescue organization. If anyone wants pics I'll run to the shelter and take some. He appears to be 2-3 years old, tail and dews are done. He is lean with a blocky head, lots of liver ticked in color. You can email me at durkalec@yahoo.com. Thanks, Stan Well bcoover, stepped up and gave "Hunter" (shelter given name) a good home. I had the dog at my house for just a few hours and my family fell in love with him. We had to get him to PHX ASAP, otherwise my wife would have made me keep him at our house. I'm confident that he went to a good home and will be a good dog. Thanks Brian, you saved him. The shelter said his time was running out........................Stan

Thanks guys, I'll look into all those and I'll send the PM. I know Herb at Ruffs well and I'll get with him also. Any other suggestions would still be appreciated. -
I think I'll make the trip down there on Saturday.........

The mature Desert Muleys near the border start to drop their antlers. I know the big boys North of the "ditch" wil start to drop towards the end of Febuary and into March. I was thinking about making a trip down South to take some pics and video near the end of Feb.
