I've been slacking a little with work and eating out but I'm currently under 230 pounds at around 12-13% body fat. Just been doing a lot of cardio and not a whole lot of lifting.

E scouting is kind of like Obama care and welfare if you ask me. If you need help in a unit then purchase a scouting package from a outfitter or get off your butt and pay your dues.
