Michigan tells Unions to back off
longshooter replied to DesertBull's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
+1 All unions do is create huge overheads in companies and make it harder for them to survive in tough economic times. Look at Hostess, they were paying out over 100 million a year towards pensions alone. If they were non union they would still be in business . You see a lot of unions for government jobs because they don't have to be held accountable and be profitable to survive. Most of you pro union people really have no clue how business really works and what it takes to be successful. You just want to go work your 40 hours a week and get your pay check. Then if something does not go your way you go crying to your union like a kid goes crying to their mommy. -
Michigan tells Unions to back off
longshooter replied to DesertBull's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
And now unions are destroying this country. Unions promote laziness among workers. They pay a lazy worker the same as a hard worker and do not recognize the hard worker in any way. If anything the unions get mad at the hard worker for making the lazy worker look bad. I speak from experience and that is the reason i am no longer in the union and never will be again! +1 -

LOL @ all the long range haters on here. Honestly what business is it of yours how far he shot his deer ? what are you his wife ? you do sound like a typical woman with nothing better to do than nag and complain about something. Congrats to the hunter for a awesome shot

If any one needs steady work I'm currently hiring framers/ and laborers on the west side of town. I'm looking for foremans with their own tools and crews as well. Steady work and good pay Larry 602-469-2254 -

Wait for occasional December hunts or early hunts often?
longshooter replied to Flash's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I just build bonus points for the strip while archery hunting the whole month of December/January. I have killed a buck every year for the last 8 years strait with my bow so I'm getting the best of both worlds. As for as hunts go I rather have the late. Cant stand all the people and the heat. Nothing worse than having head aches from glassing with the heat waves. And for some reason I noticed that the early hunts seemed to always fall on a full moon. -
Congrats. you guys have had great luck drawing those early tags
