CONCERNS WITH COUESWHITETAIL.COM
longshooter replied to tjhunt2's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
Some people on here just need to get there man cards pulled. This is probaly on of the friendlist boards I have ever been on. Look at Monster Muleys and the stuff that goes on there. I'm a admin on www.azbasszone. and over the last 5 years I have seen some crazy stuff happen over there. I have also seen a few people get so upset they create a thread and say " there butt hurt and leaving for ever" Sounds to me like there are more and more thinned skinned people that are outdoorsmans then ever these days. To many people are more concerned with being " politically correct" than just living and enjoying life. This is just my honest opinion. -
Congrats on the archery bull willis...

My parents do own anita's, have you been there before? and thanks again everyone, my mom did an outstanding job!!! firstcoues, the rifle she used is a christensen arms 300wsm with a swarovski scope, and it is absolutely an awesome gun!!! Yep I eat there probaly 2-3 times a week during hunting season since I hunt archery deer not to far from there. You can not beat the food and service there. I have talked to your old man quite a few times there.

Congrats......... from the pics it looks like your folks are the same people who own anitas in wickenburg ?
-
If you had to choose 1 piece of glass to carry in your pack would it be a pair of 15's or a spotting scope?
-
Ditto on what Kevin posted. Jim and Craig were both a class act. They hooked us up that day and we were able to kill a bull

Arizona Elk, Deer and Wolves! The wolf people, including groups like the Humane Society of the United States, PETA, the Sierra Club, and Defenders of Wildlife, want to do away with Elk and Deer hunting, want to expand the wolf population in Arizona to include all Elk and Deer habitat across the central part of the state as well as north of the Grand Canyon. The maps they are using overlay, almost perfectly, all the Elk and Deer habitat in the state. These groups will stop at nothing and have authored many articles without telling the whole story and consequences of expanding the wolf recovery range. Look how long it took Montana, Wyoming and Idaho to begin hunting wolves and now they are back in court spending millions of dollars fighting the wolf people that want the hunting to stop, even though, from the beginning it was always part of the recovery plan. We don’t need this in Arizona. Please take a few minutes and protect our Elk and Deer hunting here in Arizona. Send an email to mexwolf@azgfd.gov or mail it to Mexican Wolf Project, Attn: Terry Johnson, 5000 W. Carefree Highway, Phoenix, AZ. 85086. We have until June 25th to comment. Points to include in your comments: · Sportsmen have paid to bring back wildlife, including elk and bighorn sheep to the State and want to maintain them. · The current drought situation has kept our elk, deer and cattle herds low and in many cases dwindling and any expansion of the wolf population or wolf recovery area could decimate them. · Protection of our hunting heritage is extremely important for the continuation of Arizona’s wildlife management programs. · The current wolf program has failed to meet its objectives. To expand it will only compound the problem. · I would not like to see any expansion of the current wolf population.

Don't drag me into your gay Jerry Springer soap opera you queermos. I know you guys got your homo sexual tendencies and your gay thoughts but leave me out of them. -

You first need a architect to draw your plot plan, foundation, floor plan etc then you get a engineer to do your structurals like headers, trusses, details etc. Don't forget you will need a soils test prior to your foundation details to see how big of footers and if you need post tension etc.

I run a framing company here in phoenix and your more than welcome to work down here in the heat this summer if you want. But flagstaff would probaly be a better idea

People are selling them because the price of diesel is not going to come down. I think a big reason is this down turned market. Lots of people are getting laid off right now.

I have a 2008 F-250 4x4 crew cab with the king ranch package. Currently I have 14,500 miles on it and i'm getting 14-15 mpg in town and around 17-18 on the highway as long as I keep it under 70 mph. When I first got it I was average 11-12 mpg for the first 5000 miles and ever since then it has slowly been going up. 2 weeks ago I left vegas pulling a 10,000 trailor and went from vegas to bullhead to kingman to phoenix. I averaged 11 mpg for the whole trip and i was running 75-90 the whole way. And there is a long 8-10% grade when your going from bullhead to king man. I ran that grade between 75-80 with out a problem. Only issues I have had is I had to replace the radiator a few months ago because it had a leak were at a seam. Ford has had a few issues with the radiators when they first came out but have addressed the problem. I think there a great truck with a ton of power. The only thing I don't like about them is they have a dpf wich is a filter in the exhaust . it filters out the exhaust so good the ends of my pipe still looks brand new. Every so often the truck will go into regeneration in wich there is a small amount of diesel fuel injected into the exhaust and the idle is raised in order to clean the soot out of the dpf. This is the biggest reason the gas mileage is down from the 7.3 and 6.0 motor

Congrats. You went with the perfect bow. I bought one a few months ago and love it.
-
It does not work. I know a nonresident who drew back to back antelope tags and I know a resident who drew a unit 9 rut bull tag with zero points

help me focus on which new bows to try
longshooter replied to Schmitty's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
I have a 31.5" draw length and I shot every bow that I could before I bought a new one in January. I ended up going with the Hoyt Katera XL.
