You're absolutely correct because it's patented. As is the Martin Shoot thru. The Limb Pivot idea was actually on an earlier bow, but the technology wasn't there to make it work (1987). After that patent expired (20 years), Bowtech picked up the design and ran with it. The Martin Shoot thru is nice because it eliminates cam lean since there is no cable guard. This improves nock travel and the overall accuracy of the bow. Which is why you find it mostly on target models. But no other bow maker can touch it. People poo poo'd the binary cam design for a while too (darton patent i think) but it's becoming increasingly popular with other manufacturer's. With the attention the Guardian/Commander are getting this year, I'm betting they will be around for a long while. Shoot one Matty, they really are good bows. Kevin, rumor has it those Gaurdians are the official bow of the "2007 Las Vegas Gay Pride Archery Shoot" You would know... aren't you the guest speaker for the event? Not that there's anything wrong with that I saw an SUV w/ a CW.COM sticker outlined with a rainbow the other day. Which one of you was it? Tell the truth. lmfao........Thats Kevin for sure since he has the SUV

Bonus Points it took to draw or not draw Elk
longshooter replied to 111's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I don't see the bonus point system game and fish created being to succesful. I drew a late rifle unit 10 Elk tag with only 2 previous bonus points. I know a guy who drew a unit 9 early rifle bull tag and a unit 10 rifle antelope tag with zero bonus points and he was a non res non the less. -

even I drew a unit 9 or 10 Rifle elk tag with only 3 bonus points. I have also seen lots of residence get hits for elk and lopes on 3 other forums. Maybe we will get lucky and the apps will be down for the december coues deer hunts -

thats not good at all. I bet a few people who have max points might get a little upset if there credit card company rejects a transaction from the vendor. I have a idea . If I dont check the card for hits maybe I will get drawn ? LOL -

Go with Swaro's....... you will be a lot happier. I know a lot of guys that have given up their Doctors and bought Swaro's wishing they had done that in the first place. Just my 2 cents worth....... Yeah we have a few pairs of the swaro 15's but heard you could get docters in 30's ? thaught it would be nice to have more zoom with a larger field of few than a spotting scope. Heard about using the doublers for the 15's but have heard there not as good
-
I cant find on that site any info or pricing on a set of binos. I want to purchase a pair of docters does any one have a link ?

I have a awesome load that shoots out of my 300 but just because it drives tacks out of my gun does not mean it will do the same out of yours. I will get the powder and primer info when I get home. I know iam using 180 ballistic tips off the top of my head.

longshooter replied to mkaml4868's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
try a .204 loaded with some 35 grain bergers to save the pelts the best. I just use a 300 win mag with 180 gr ballistic tips does the job just fine for me -
