I have the early Dec tag .... How has the IA, bandit, BP activity been on the early hunts ?? Haven't been in the unit for a few years. What's the conditions?? Work / Life has kept me from scouting, so just going into the old faithfuls.

It was a tough hunt this year, Big Bright moon ,& Very warm. We spent most of our 10 days in the middle oaks, but we did hunt the high & low country as well. My son Seth took this buck on the 3rd day. The biggest we saw the entire hunt. Was a ton of fun dispite the conditions & lack of big bucks found. DH Sorry ... we were on the West side. & I think my name is Dave ???

Great Post, Pics & Help Any idea how late into the fall the Lupine remains as a food source?? Does a freeze change things?? Then what do they switch too, acorns?? I have a Early W. hunt & the weather could be anything??? DH

Has anyone used his Map service?? What did you think?? I'm trying to decide if I can afford to go fully outfitted, for my 12a hunt or just use his maps & advise. DH

Most all of Ash,Stump,Hunter,Miller,Ramsy...East side canyons are gone. I have friends down there that have lost everything, & some fighting to save the rest. This fire is far worse then the Wallow fire, as more lives will be afected. Be Safe... Be Strong Dave...aka Couesnut

Sad deal for the family... I've seen it for years ...Bad for the Enviro. Bad for the Ranching Comm. BAD for the Country I agree with Gino ,but Id' give them 50. cal. A few exploding heads would sure make a point. This is My term for them that I coined .... They are "Scratchbacks" not "Wetbacks" no river here, just mesquite flats. DH
