I find it interesting you practically live in 6B and you go on line and ask for help scouting the unit. You would definitely benefit more if you drove 30 minutes from home and scouted for yourself.

This deer was shot by my daughter this year and it has 4 white socks as well. The markings on the back legs are close. I wonder if they are related?

I have pictures of a lion on my camera and three days later I have a picture of a hound with all the gear on him/her following the same tracks as the lion walked. Just wondering how many days can go by and the dogs still find sent. I don't believe the lion was killed because I have pics of the same lion going back the other way a few days later. This camera actually gets a lot of lion pics and this is the first dog i have seen on it. Thanks

Zeiss 5-25x50 HD. Great scope at a good price. Locking turrets are awesome. Warranty is great and so is customer service if you ever need it. This scope tracks good back and forth from 800 yard to 100yrd and all in between.

Just get the ELDX bullets they are great. They perform well and in my opinion are way better than the ABLR and the Bergers. Shot 2 deer at 400 and they did not take a step. I have used the others on elk, deer, and antelope, i believe the ELDX is far better. Just my opinion.

Hunt as close to the river bottoms as you can get. It is a thick jungle but that is where they spend the day. It is pretty difficult to get a shot of in that thick river bottom brush, I'm sure if your persistent enough you could make something happen. Good Luck

I have a 300RSAUM and want to turn it into a 6.5 creedmoor. My question is should I buy complete bolt to fit 6.5? Install new bolt body for 6.5 and use the rest of the original bolt? Or trade someone who wants a magnum short action bolt. The bolt is for a Remington 700. Thanks for you thoughts and info.

That 6.5 predator is awesome for kids and for the price you can t go wrong. this gun will out shoot many guns that cost 3 times that much.

Thanks, I will contact Remington and see what they say. As a mechanic my whole life I cannot figure out why bolts cannot not be interchanged. To me it is just a mechanical tool, but that is why I am asking Yall for info, thanks again.

If there is not a lot of snow the elk will be all over the unit. The late hunt will have elk spread from north to south especially since it is so warm and tanks are full.

I found a trail camera in 6B that has been broken from its straps. SD card was still in it, date on pictures was January 2014. there were 1200 pictures of a tree branch that were taken over about 3-4 days and then the card was full or the batteries died. looks like a bear removed the camera from its original location, teethe marks and broken latches. if any one is missing it PM me the brand and approximate location and you can get it back.
