That's all we shoot. The 165 boat shoots well , and the 180 nosher shoots very well also. We shoot factory loads with the nosher version and they shoot well out to 750 yards. Good luck!!

Looking forward to pulling off a hat trick this year, all i need is the 3rd 380 - 390 to walk by and cooperate just a little. Good luck to all with tags. -
Anyone hear of any big bears shot, as in over 350. Seems like a all the pics I've seen from 23 this year are under 250 pounds? Just curious. i had a lot of bears on my cams this year, but all were under 250 it seemed. last year there were lots of nice bears on the cams. We shot one of them that went well over 400 pounds. Would like to see a pic of a gagger from 23 from this year though.

Feds ignore Az stakeholders concerning the Mexican wolf

Den sites will be super important if found. It's a way to observe them up close, take pics, or anything else a person would like to do with them. It's also a way to have an interaction with them when they are all together. Could be a heck of a party if everyone showed up. I was reading somewhere that they are particularly fond of tainted meat that no other animal would be able to stomach. Nothing like giving nature a helping hand and a free meal. Wolves without collars are extra special to interact with and observe thru quality glass. From crosshairs To a good meal, everyone must do their own part to help this expansion. -
Way to go!!! That's what huntings about right there!!! Dream bull, dream hunt, and with dad , priceless.

Some are jealous and hungry for drama on here. Somebody feed their apatite before they move to another post an start it on someone else. Throw a steak in the door and close it fast so they don't get out. Lol

I think it's really cool that your daughter got such a nice bull. In this day an age with all the money and hundreds of people on the take to find these type of bulls that a young girl an her dad that probably had less than 700 dollars into the hunt killed such a stud. Gives us all hope that we don't have to have 50 people looking out there to get the biggest. This bull is by far the most special elk killed last year cause it was done the old school way and on their own. Awesome job and I hope it happens again next year to someone else that's not a guide or someone who payed tons of money to have an army out there searching for them. Very proud of the little girl.

Anyone selling 5th wheel or travel trailer!?
couesmagnet replied to kyle44k's topic in Classified Ads
I'm selling a 32 foot weekend warrior bumper pull if your interested. Very good condition. -
Very nice bull indeed, and would require larger juevos than most to pass. He's a pretty 350 also!! Most 350 bulls are called 375's nowa days anyways. Good job for sure. My little brother who was 16 at the time had a bull we were calling 360 come into a tank with me at 15 yards on his archery hunt a couple years ago. He's the one who made the call to pass at 16 years old. The next evening we were sitting the same tank and the same bull came in and at 10 yards it was to much for me to take and i begged him to shoot him cause he looked bigger this time. Long story short he went 374 with 61 inches of mass and 56 inch main beams. Sometimes they actually grow after they hit the ground. 2 years later he drew again and i watched him pass a legitimate 370 type bull and many 340 to 350 bulls again only to come home empty handed. It's a big gamble when you pass a bull that goes 350 , and most go home empty handed after doing so. Great job m4dmthree on your bull and passing him would probably have been a mistake.

I think if your in the military and something comes up with regards to the subject you should get special treatment above and beyond the people benefiting from your service. If your life is on the line then you stand out above the rest regardless of the reason your serving. Heck there should be an extra bonus point given for serving in itself, maybe we would have more of these brave guys around if they got an extra point. Risking your life is something most wouldn't understand.

I've killed 3 bucks over 200 and 2 of them are over 210, one with a bow, so I will have to go with the 120 coues. To be fair this post should have been a 200 incher or a 120 inch coues. There's multiple 120 inchers in every unit that has coues deer in this state but very very few units have multiple 200 inchers.

Nothing for me or hardly anyone i know this year, but it's cool to see all the excitement from all the people that did draw. Congrats to all, and have lots of fun on your adventures!!!

There goes your theory evinruud.

Anybody that had max points for a given hunt getting hit yet, just curious.
-
I wonder how many fawns got caught out in the open especially antelope and mule deer. Might be a little mortality from that one
-
Good luck to all this year in the draw, i hope you all get what your looking for, especially our veterans and youngsters.

AGFD news What would you think of a new online club for hunters?
couesmagnet replied to AGFD News's topic in News from Arizona Game and Fish Dept.
Thanks krp, I hope they don't get rid of the averaging points on the app for the surrender your tag option. Averaging points allows friends who have diff respective point totals to put in together and still hunt together without crushing the friend on the app with the most points. The averaging option has allowed friends to continue To hunt together and if they get rid of the averaging on the apps this will make it a lot harder for people to continue to hunt together. It will go to every man for himself and less friends slash family hunting together.
