If you were not there when the animal was harvested, and did not take part in helping the client harvest the animal, then i don't think you have a problem. You helping after the fact for money isn't an issue in my opinion.

Guys they have talking about this meeting for weeks on the general forums on monstermuleys. I wish i had more info, but i don't. I read what i saw, and that's all there is to it. I'm already getting attacked and i'm just getting the word out. Sorry i guess we should just go back to arguing about stupid stuff, i was just trying....coues magnet, please don't take my posts as attacks against you. I started to PM you but thought it'd be better to publicly apologize. I was speaking in general about rational discussion, Game and Fish generally gets the word out about special meetings, especially if Comm or wolves are involved. I suppose my head is in the sand as I rarely visit other sites except for cwt, we are more cordial around here and I tend to appreciate that more.Anyways, thanks for the heads up, I'm still curious as heck because I feel blind sided by this new plan for that many wolves to be in Az. Historical records indicate that there weren't even that many wolves in Arizona. It's all good dude, and if i'm wrong it still brought our biggest issue to the forefront which is never a bad thing. If you want to see the info i just read then go to monster muleys under the az section so you can read what i read. I was just trying to get the word out.

I'm sorry brother, but i don't. I just learned about this on another site and it said to contact the arizona elk society for more info. How could all this info be available on a national site, but not on a site that's dedicated to arizona hunters. Get the word out.

I'm going to hijack this post right now. There is a meeting at the g and f tomorrow (saturday) at the carefree highway location. The meeting is to discuss the target of a 1000 wolves in arizona in the not so distant future. if anyone wants a credit card hit in the future i suggest you think real hard about what's important to you tomorrow. If you live for hunting and live for a credit card hit, get your butt up there!!! We won't have anything to argue about anymore if this goes thru, and your kids won't stand a chance of getting an elk tag in the future!!!!!!!!!

Guys we spend more time arguing over trivial stuff all year long, including myself. This is a chance to argue with our actual foe, not ourselves. This will ruin the state. Get angry about this cause everything we argue about now is like the size of a mouse terd compared to this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We won't have to worry anymore about the g and f issuing to many tags, or if we might get a tag next year anymore if this stuff goes thru. You can forget about worrying about population numbers now if this goes thru. You can forget about your kids having any chance of drawing in the future. tags will go down my a margin of 50 percent if they reach the numbers the usfs. wants here. Oh and the kaibab is on the list too. This is the single most important thing we as hunters in az are facing, there isn't even a close second issue. if you think the sheep thing was ugly just wait for the wolves in the 1000's.

These tags don't require any skill, just flat out pure luck, more luck than anyone should ever ask for. Also a ton of time and money. Good luck!!!

Well said, i hope they find me crumpled up in a ditch still holding my bow, perfect way to go, minus any bullet holes obviously. Maybe be fertilizer for the bucks next set of antlers with a nice piece of green grass to chew on.

Nice video guys, and real nice bulls for sure. Great job, especially on staying calm in the heat of the moment with your hunters. That's always been my biggest problem, is the heat of the moment.

I guess i better stop eating toll house cookies for breakfast, and cup cakes right before bed. I could weed out the cookies , but the cup cakes are a must.

Nice pics. I found a place that has basically unlimited gila monsters. You have to be there in march and april, but it's not uncommon to see 20 in a season, and no they are not the same ones. it's a gila monster rutting ground or something. It's amazing to see all the differences in size and body structure of these beautiful lizards. Before finding this place i had seen around 5 in the wild, now at least 30 diff lizards. Does anyone know if gila monsters congregate during april, or if this place is something weird. I call the trail i walk to see them all the "gila monster highway", cause for some reason they all walk down this little trail, and all you have to do is ramble down the trail to see at least 5 per day.

It's not very hard to find big deer, but what it is though, expensive and time consuming. Most of this argument boils down to hunter ability. When i hear of stand jumpers and gear steelers, i immediately know the culprit isn't a good hunter, setting aside his moral values. It's easy to move to the next place if your a good hunter and find more big game to hunt, but it's not if your a crappy hunter. There is a line in the sand drawn, and that line is defined by the respect you have for yourself first and then the guys gear or spot you stumble on in the forest. No one owns a spot for sure but if your a good hunter, it doesn't even phase you to move to the next spot to give another guy his space. It's very easy to be respectful of others if you know what your doing. I can't stand the excuse that everyone uses these days, and that is it's everyone's forest. While this is obviously true, it still boils down to the respect you have for your own hunting ability and yourself. It's just a lot easier to cling onto the excuse that the forest is everyone's, and be a d bag because of it. Next time you get in a situation with another guy in the field or his gear, before you go for the "big excuse", ask yourself "how good am i at hunting". This question will help you determine if you give the guy that's already there his space, or if you reach for the excuse always used and charge in like a bull in a china cabinet. There are big coues bucks everywhere in this state, either you find them on your own or you ride someone elses hard work cause you told yourself your not a good hunter while mumbling the 'big excuse" to yourself kinda like a pep talk for how lame your about to get with your fellow hunter over a spot.
