Interesting..... Agree with not homemade as it is stamped and my guess is that part on that tab that is not rusted was likely a price tag or maker sticker of some kind. Can you wire wheel the letters looks like a G..... ? Was thinking it was an anvil Hardy Tool but those usually have a 1" square tab, not a flat stock one Is the pipe end tapered or is it the same diameter top and bottom? Pro tip: lay the object alongside a non-reflective tape measure or ruler for scale when photographing or something of a known size to your audience like an ink pen or a 30-36 round. Can't wait to hear what you've got there!

Give Deer Valley Trailer Sales a call. I have one of their 12' Five Star trailers, they are on the lower end of quality but "good enough for who it's for" in my case. On CL good deals go fast so best to have cash in hand and be ready to roll out on a moments notice. I nabbed mine while others were waiting for the bank to open.

I took AZGF hunters safety in ‘83 and don’t recall them. I had to look them up. I can see their utility. However, I can give you the gift of the only song I know with “bandana” in the lyrics, so here you go. Good luck with the search.

Ever think of a 20 ga.? Might be easier to find. I did that for my boys and was ultimately able to put a full-sized Mossberg 500 stock to make it shootable now that they are over 6'. Could use a field barrel now though. One thing about kids is if you feed them, they grow pretty fast. Fun problem to have, lots of good memories being made where you are now. Enjoy!

Remember when Jim Rome used to call that race the "I Killed A Dog" ? Thinking if someone chooses to be in the wild unarmed, they need to be at peace with whatever comes next. e.g. Timothy Treadwell. Not really sure why this made the news other than they shot a moose out of season. Do you think she'll be brought up on animal cruelty charges because her dogs could not escape since they were tethered together and she took no precautions to defend them? I know, a ridiculous question. I just have little tolerance for morans. If that were a hobby of mine, pretty sure I would make weight allowances to have a Marlin 45-70 guide gun in a scabbard ready to go and easy to get to.

Those look great! This oil (below) is made for your SRT 6.4L Hemi. Looks like you can get it Tuesday. I have a light kit and an underbody toolbox to install on my 03 SuperDuty project too!
-
Uncle Bezos has some on his site (Pennzoil for SRT vehicles). That Euro stuff is at Autozone for performance gas and diesel applications. If I were a betting man, and I am, I'd say you'd be fine. But then again, I have no skin in the game as they say. I always felt oil weights were more of a guideline than a rule (within reason) but I may be showing my own ignorance. It's not like you are throwing plain 30w down its throat. Curious, what kind of rig are you working on?

Free bowling pins for targets, North Valley

Those make GREAT targets. You can even throw a screw eye in the top to hang them. -

Wish they would reintroduce them to their gated California communities. Below is a pic I took in Jan 2012 near Brownlee, ID in Boise County. Called them and heard them all around me but they never showed themselves. Those Canadian Grays are BIG

Genuinely curious to ask a knowledgeable biologist if so those Canadian beasts would treat the Mexican Gray Wolves like they treat coyotes or if they would interbreed and create a hybrid.

NODAK 2019: The eve of the pheasant opener. My buddy rented a "nice little huntin' rig". Went out to do a pre-hunt rooster survey and he came across a drift. My buddy driving and his bestie riding shotgun, me and my brother in the back seat advising that with enough speed he could likely traverse the drift (we aren't dummies, there are no front side airbags to deploy in the back seat). To his credit, he did pause to assess the situation but with a couple of barley pops onboard, he finally succumbed to the pressure of the insults spewing from the back seat questioning his masculinity. In this case, tire selection was immaterial. Not pictured was the walk of shame to fetch the JD loader to remove the rental from its icy tomb.

I would only hunt free-range, non-GMO, natural, vegan triceratops only.

My experience after living in Idaho for 20 years is that Mud Terrain work well on fresh snow / mud but poorly on sheet ice and wet pavement. If I were you, I would go with the AT and buy a set of chains for those backcountry trips where you need the extra traction. Chaining up all four can be handy when you need it along with a tube or two of traction sand in the winter months to sprinkle on that sheet ice when you need it. Hope that helps!

Nice little huntin' rig right there! GLWS

My boys and I have the IDFG lifetime hunting license there so we just have to pay for out-of-state tags. Unfortunately haven't hunted there since 2014. We'll be back though!

Welcome to the site! Just saw you were from Eastern Idaho. Did you bring this wind we are having with you? Nice intro and congrats on living life on your own terms. You may miss the OTC hunts of the Gem state.

Great to hear about more access!

I thought Morton used wood posts like Cleary (they actually use three-ply 2x6) last I saw.
-
Any specific type of wood or diameter? I assume he wants natural sticks and can't turn sawn material. I have some 8/4 oak (2") rips I could give if he can turn or draw knife. Came out of a sawmill in GA. @ctafoya if close to you, that would be great.
