I went to Game and Fish today and bought a Archery tag and a Ham tag for my favorite Javelina unit. Now all I have to do is fill them both! Just wondering how many others on this site are purchasing a second tag! On a side note I went scouting yesterday and found a herd of 10 javelina in my honey hole! I've harvested 2 out of the last 3 pigs in this area! Looking like some tasty Javelina fajitas soon!

TJ Im glad Im not the only who has a problem getting the call out of thier mouth fast enough for a shot. This morning called 3 javelinas they came in fast and were within 5 yards of me in no time...by time I dropped the call and clipped the release they turned and ran away. Talk about an adrenaline rush! I Love hunting pigs!

I will be out tuesday and wednesday in 37a.

Wayno945 I have the 37a archery and 37a ham tags. Tomorrow I might have the 37a rifle tag gonna stop by the Tucson office. Of course I will use my bow on all three....and hopefully can fill my two pig bag limit with three opportunities.

TJ I havent heard that. But if its true I could get a rifle tag and have all three hunts in the unit...not to sound greedy but that would be awesome...I love hunting those javelina! But in all reality when I was at game and fish today. They told me you can only get two tags as long as they are different hunt numbers.

Slick trick 100 grain magnums. I been shooting them since 2010. 3 javelina and 3 deer and 1 elk taken with them since then. And at $23.75 for 3 cant beat the price!

The buck was taken on the junior hunt in unit 36a

It was tough hunt but Steven got it done! Congrats Steven! That buck is gonna look good on your wall bro!

My two sons and I will be heading out Friday @ 3am for the youth hunt in 36a. Wish us luck. Normally we hunt the sierritas, but thinking of trying the Cerro Colorado's. Anyone that hunted the previous hunts feel free to share any info, tips, etc. Thanks in advance.

Here's my first bobcat. Pure luck on my part. I was quail hunting and managed to get him.

We just dropped off a buck at mount n view taxidermy in flagstaff. He had a badger in his shop. It looked awesome. And very life like. Long drive but in I think he is one of the best in the state.
