We got the info from the bank. Showing game and fish entered wrong expiration date! Next step is taking the letter to game and fish. Wish us luck and say a prayer. -
Sent you a pm. I will buy the gun.

Credit card Issue in draw equals no Elk tag!

Its the same credit card we used to fill out the application with. The issue is that the Expiration date on the card is 7/14, when attempt to charge card was processed by Chase,Chase bank recieved card info with 6/14 as expiration date so charges were denied on 3/29and 3/30. I Spoke with game and fish today, they have correct card info with correct expiration date on file, 7/14. So they are not sure why or how the expiration date was changed to 6/14. My next step is to get a print out from Chase showing that the Card info was sent by Game and fish to Chase with wrong expiration date. -
Same thing happened to us, We used a Chase visa debit card it always had sufficent funds to cover our tags, but draw results says we were rejected because card was dishonored. I'm wondering why? Tuesday January 10th at 11:10am I arrowed this javelina. I hiked probably 5 miles on Monday and blew two shot opportunities! So Tuesday morning I had glassed and hiked a few canyons until ten am with no luck. So I decided to drive to a different area on my way there I drove through a wash and noticed fresh javelina tracks. So I decided to park my truck and walk the wash. I pulled off the road and turned off my truck and I noticed two javelina about 50 yards out. I got out of my truck and ranged the javelina that stayed put 53 yards easy shot for me! Put my 50 pin on the sweet spot and success!

All three of my kids went through the course. My youngest took it on line in 2008. We drove a hour and a half to the nearest field day(we were desperate his hunt was a week away). Then a week later we drove 6 hours to the north kaibab for his first deer hunt! It was worth it to see my son shoot his first deer! I would of drove half way across the state to get his hunter education Card to experience that.

Thanks to everyone for the replies and pm's! Went up today with my pastor kinda rough day. Lots of rain and even snow up higher! We spent the day scouting out the areas I received from this awesome site. I had to come back this evening because of work. But he has a promising spot picked out for the morning. Hopefully with better weather some better luck!

My Pastor and also a good hunting buddy. Yes I am blessed to have a pastor that loves to hunt! Anyway he just got back from two days of hunting and saw only does. Said he ran into a lot of private property. He hunted near peeples valley. He is going back up Monday. I'm thinking of going with him to help him out but I don't know this unit. If anyone is familiar with 20c. Any info is appreciated. He is not afraid to hike. Thanks

My most famous miss happened in 1992. The year I was gonna be trophy mule deer hunter! I had a few bucks under my belt already. A couple spikes and a nice 4x4. Having shot a spike the previous deer season I told my brother and cousin who were hunting with me I was shooting only a big buck! True to my word on opening morning I had a spike broadside at 25 yards. I was a trophy hunter so I let him walk. Later that day there he was a monster mule deer at 150 yards! I was so excited. Too excited! Buck fever gotta hold of me! I fired at the big old boy but didn't even come close I think my shot landed on the moon! He ran off unharmed and I quit being a trophy hunter!
