"Back Country Hunting" - Where you spend a small fortune to live like a hobo..

Okay, Finally bit the bullet and reluctantly agreed to take the family down to Rocky Point. That said, fishing is high on my priority list! LOL So, question for you guys.. Anybody have a particular guide or charter that they'd recommend for a 3/4 day boat? Equally as important, any guide/charter that you would recommend I do NOT use? Thanks in advance! (No honey holes or anything... I plan to scout at least 3 times before the season... LOL)

3-D shoots are awesome! Great off-season practice! Desert Bowhunters & Full Draw Bowhunter Put together most of them in my neck of the woods. I suggest going on corner archery's website and look at their event schedule. It will list almost everything going on in the state. Most shoots are Fun... BTW

Last year I saw quite a few in the northern parts... Antelope Park (go figure) & actually in the meadows in between ULM and LLM..

The FMJ's were one of my favorite arrows. The weight and KE are absolutely incomparable. That said, the tip of the arrow (past the hidden insert) can bend a little. Unfortunately, it will be hard to notice if it is a slight bend... If you shoot a lot, you will end up with a lot of bent tips.. I've had one bend hitting the metal bar in a Glendale buck target. I am very curious how the new insert will help. Please let us know what you come up with!! Maybe I can go back to my favorite arrow!!

I bring extra cards to swap and then look at them and download on laptop.. Works great!

I know a few guys in WY that hang their meat until it has dang near mold on the outside layer.. Makes the meat taste way better but you lose a large % of it during the peeling process.
