The best part of hunting to me is finding Critters! It does not matter if we are elk huntin' and spot a big buck..... we stop and "gawk" at it for a bit and then ressume lookin' for the elk. I just live for seeing good critters..... I even love having a doe and a fawn walk by me at 12 yds.... it just gets my blood flowing! And of course there is nothing like spending time in the woods with family and friends..... sharing those memories that span a life time. Priceless.

Ya know those boys just sure do know how to have a good time! I just managed to hack into Jim's home PC and retrieve a photo of one of their group outings. We have an old saying about what guys that are this close do around the camp fire....... .... but these boys take that to the next level!! I can't really make out all the faces... but from right to left I see Shorty Pants, Younghunter, Jim, Bret (GTT), and I think the two on the left side are Jim's Lion Guys..... Those boys stick together!!!

Alright! I have not wanted to drag old skeletons out of Jim, and Shorty's or even Christiana's clostets..... but they left me no choice... I Know that Shorty does not want everyone to know that he moonlights as a sheep herder..... .... the boy loves those sheep! And then there is our Professional student.... Younghunter (aka Christiana)..... Heclaims that he fails classes due to his over-political papers.... But judging by this pic I would say that he has bigger problems than that.... And then there is Coosefan...... .... He loves those goofy hats..... .... he thinks they bring him good luck.... but what he doesn't see is in the bigger picture..... The one that got away!!! Sorry boys.... but ya forced me to bring it!!

I have talked with several local WM's and they all say that putting archery deer hunting to a draw does not help them with there "hunter opportunity" objective. However, if they were to manage the archery hunts with a "Harvest Objective", (just as they use on the bear hunts) they could better manage areas that are getting too much preasure. This would also end any dicusion of what they need "take" from us to reduce success rates... .... And we can always go hunting in a different unit if one area limits out! They are happy and we are happy, too... .... what a switch....

There is a guy that I've seen at some 3D shoots that uses his mouth , I think, and he is pretty good.

What--ever, Dude..... I assure you that those populations that you speak of, are not being damaged by archery hunting preasure..... .... Those same "pools", as you call them, also recieve little or no rifle hunting preasure and never have.... Although that is the only point above that Tweek'd me enough to respond.... I really don't agree with any of your statements above... actually I am bewildered by most of them... ... I kind of read the whole thing with one eyebrow slightly raised and shaking my head. Sorry. Tony, That is a great trophy room(s)! I really like the diorama.... I'll have to design that into my next house, for sure!!! Oh I see it... but I am sure the margin of error is well about 6%..... I would say it is a wash.... But personally I don't think people like Cho should be able to legitimately purchase guns... That is just my opinion... Like cochranj said... it is a tough call as to who can have guns.... about the fox poll.. If a fruit cake really wants to kill a bunch of people, they will find a way to do it; bomb, poison, hijack a plane and fly it into a building..ect. The fact is, there is a "Va Tech" in this country everyday. 30+ people are killed by random acts of violence in this country everyday, but when the same guy does all 30, it is somehow a gun control issue.
