Recommended Posts

We recovered the projectile from my son's elk hunt, would like to make a gift from it and the casing similar to this

Found a bunch of shops on Etsy who could do it, figured I'd throw it out here to see if there's someone local before buying online.

Tom Coffin has a studio in South Scottsdale and may be able to help. He does a lot of large resin pouring for hollywood and casinos, but he also does some really cool shadow box stuff with resins. I'd trust him to use the proper resin that won't haze as he's been doing for decades.

He'll be really cheap or really expensive. Look at his work and talk to him to make sure he is giving you what you want, he can be artsy...

He made custom pieces for medical research we were doing and was about 1/10 of the price of other mold makers in the area...
