Excellent shape.  The suspension is S/M size and the frame size is regular.  No blood, stains or tears.  Has the rifle sling and hook as well as two pouches for the hip belt.   Also has a waterproof cover.  
 

Just checked Kuiu site and to replicate this setup would be over $800.
