This switchbarrel rifle Is built on a Surgeon XS4 Xactsystem platform which includes a McMillan A5 adjustable stock. It is fitted with a new 25" Wilson 8tw 6GT barrel, barrel work done by Steve Crooks. Also includes a 25" 338 Lapua barrel chambered by Phoenix Custom Rifles , 250 round count. For now the rifle and components stay together.
