TREESTANDMAN Report post Posted October 3, 2009 Rates have been really low these last few weeks but today they took another dive and are about the best I've ever seen them. We were giving 15 year term rates of 3.875-4.25% today and 30 yr rates of 4.375-4.625%. FHA rates are under 5% as well!! If you are in the process of refinancing or purchasing a home now I would recommend locking in today, tomorrow or Monday. If you think refinancing would be a good idea, call me or any financial institution and refi your homes NOW as these rates may not last too long. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
