AGFD News Report post Posted March 18, 2011 The Fishing Guru has taken to the waterways of California for a vacation. I think he’s even doing some whale watching! So the Guru-in-training (Jim Harken) has willingly stepped in to try to fill some large hip waders once again. The weather continues to be unseasonable warm, at least in the Phoenix area and I’m hearing that the urban fisher folk are getting better bites than usual this time of year. In reading Rory’s past articles for ideas, I see that the moon will be full on March 19 and the Equinox is March 20, so fishing should be fun this weekend! Rory says that this is going to be a Great fishing year! He said, “This is the first time with back-to-pack years of good snow pack and winter precipitation in about 20 years.
