My buddy was in 4a camping/fishing this weekend. He said not much bugling going on but he saw multiple bulls pushing upwards of 20 cows. My dad was in 4a for the end of the archery hunt last week and heard very few bugles. He was stationary though. I was up there last weekend and saw a lot of bulls pushing cows but only bugling from sunrise to 630 am. My bull bedded up by 730 every morning and didn't really move till dark.
