Tequila Cilantro Marinade

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/2 cup tequila

1/2 cup Lime juice

1 bunch(big handfull) of cilantro

3tbs Ancho chilli powder

3tbs Cummin

Salt and pepper

Add some hot chilli's if you want...

Mix well, you can run it through a blender or just chop fine

Awesome on dove, quail, pheasant (chicken) or any wild game (pork/beef)...

Marinate 2 to 6hours and cook on charcoal grill...

Soak mesquite wood pieces in water over night and add to your charcoal grill for even more intense smokey flavor...

I know about the use of tequila DesertBull, but I treat an open bottle of liqour like milk, drink it before it goes bad... hehehehe...
