WTB a couple outdoorsmans optics packs accesories

I'm looking for the rain fly for the Optics pack, and 2 belt storage Pockets big enough to fit a cell phone or a camera or a GPS or a rangefinder. Needs to be approximately 6 inches long and 4 inches wide at least.
