Vanguard Alta Pro 263AP - any good?

I'm looking into a new tripod. I've got a Vortex High Country and in the slightest wind, it just isn't stable enough for the Vortex Diamondback 20-60x80 that I've got. I found the Vanguard Alta Pro 263AP at the store the other day, and it seemed like it would be much better. Any one have any experience with it? What else would yall recommend in the <$200 range?

My dad has that one and personally its very nice for the price. I just may get one myself pretty soon. It was really sturdy and the pan/tilt was smooth held the binos and camera great.
