It is the Christmas selling season where all retailers cut prices to make sales and, more importantly to those of us who have to count inventory at the end of the month, it is inventory reduction time. At the end of December we need to do a physical count of all inventory in the warehouse. In a perfect world I will walk into the warehouse to totally empty shelves.
