It is about 14' long, Very light easy to tow with small truck or SUV. It has Aluminum siding, new paint, new tongue jack, new tires and wheels. My wife, 2 kids and I slept in it just fine. The rear bed folds into a couch the front bed folds into a dining table.It has a 30 gallon freshwater tank (aluminum) with pump. It is wired for 12v and 110v. There are both 12 V and 110 V lights including a 110 outlet. Has a oven and 3 burner stove. Also a propane Thermx Catalytic Heater that will cook you out. **NO refrigerator NO bathroom** $4000obo price is negotiations I'm located in Page but will be willing to transport it to Flagstaff.
