111 Report post Posted July 22, 2008 Well we got one tag for this area in our group and was wondering if any of you have been there and what to expect out of this area? I'll be heading there in a couple weeks to scout and get an idea of the layout of the area. Basically wanting to know how much gas to haul, is the unit rocky, best map for the area, are the deer really that hard to find , and is the road west of Fredonia the best way to go from Flag. jbone Report post Posted July 23, 2008 Been there lots. Go through Jacob Lake to get there from flag then to Fredonia then West. I would like to hear how you do on the hunt. It will take you from now until the hunt starts just to find a place to start if you have never been there before.
