This is Ryan’s first Coues deer.  He got this buck after hunting hard every day of the season until he got his buck with only 3 days left of the hunt.  Ryan had passed on 12 other bucks.

Ryan’s dad says he thinks Ryan is now hooked on Coues deer. He used to only hunt Mule deer, but says Coues is more of a challenge.
