Congrats on the hunt! Thanks for sharing, looking forward to episodes 3 and 4. Very well edited. Had to go back for a close up of the pink and white towel, at first i thought it was a pink and white sweater.........LOL -
Wow-good luck all. Unit 1 and 27 are going to be quite the challenge today. Saturday/Sunday might have better outcomes.
-
Good luck. I'll be tuning in....

Great work Jason! Keep them coming.

I purchased this very scope in 2018, it sits atop my Tikka 7MM. Also added a 20 MOA rail and vortex precision matched rings. It gives me a 25.5 MOA elevation range and returns back to zero with no issues that I can notice. I have about 200 rounds down the tube with this scope. I've taken a Coues (404 yards), Muley (416 yards) and Elk (400 yards). I currently have it dialed to 600 yards for my self imposed comfort zone. Very pleased with this scope.

Kodiak Flex Bow tent and Mr buddy heater question.
Lazy-H98 replied to AZHUNTER05's topic in The Campfire
I remembered I had snapped a pic from last weekend while in use. Single canister, Buddy Junior heater. Lows in the upper 20's, 8X7 Coleman Instant tent, warmed the place up in a jiffy. -
Kodiak Flex Bow tent and Mr buddy heater question.

Just came off a hunt with very favorable results. I purchased the Little Buddy heater (single 1 lb canister) and used it in my 8X7 Coleman Insta-tent. Worked great at night and especially in the mornings when getting ready for the day. The purchase was worth its weight in gold. -
I fell like this thread is just warming up...............

Wishing you the best of luck. I'll be tuning in for sure!

Check that, forgot about the $18 up front fee. Refreshed my CC. Hits for HAM and 2 turkey tags!
-
$25 on a HAM tag. Still waiting for the $76 charge!, I hope.

+1 on Andy, stand up guy. He also has blood tracking dogs.

Kicking off Our 2019 Fall Season - My Bull Hunt (Our Epic Fall Part 1)
Lazy-H98 replied to rossislider's topic in Elk Hunting
Great Great bull. +1 on Nosler Accubonds. One shot dropped my bull at 400 yards (7MM 160g), broke a rib on entry and took out both lungs. -
Yup. Hold out for the Rez bulls to show up.
-
I concur, nasal bots.
-
I'm very happy with my Tikka 7MM. They are guaranteed 1 MOA or less out of the box.

BOB!-Thoughts and prayers sent your way,

About 4 years ago we all switched over to (below), range is amazing, we add the long whip antenna. Our crew is running about 6+ of them now. Baofeng UV5RA Ham Two Way Radio

dang that's funny......

So I was all set to seat my Accubonds for my 7MM, when I discovered a dent on the shoulder of several brass. First off what causes the shoulder dents? and is it still safe to shoot at the range? I noticed it on the first one and stopped right there.

So I get home last night and everyone is gone for the night, Time to figure this mess out. You guys nailed it! My sizer ball was dry. My Imperial sizing wax still hasn't shown up, so I hit it with Hornady one shot (this time allowing it to dry), and sized 6 rounds without issue. Thanks!
