I wouldn't let Sportsman's, Cabelas, or Bass Pro even put a scope in a plastic bag for me. I can't tell you how many times I have seen their "mounting and bore sighted" crooked and either loose or way overtightened scopes that buddies get done there. As for buying your own tools, to do it right, it is going to cost you more than having someone competent do it once for you. If you plan to do it more than once or twice, then it starts to work out in costs. What part of the Valley are you in?

So freaking CUTE!

I love mine, use it a few times a month during the off season. And a LOT during hunting season. Best spotter made.

Stanley is a good guy. If he says the truck is good, it is good.

Here we go. Grab a soda and a front row seat for this ride...

At this point in life, I have MAYBE another 8 years I could hunt sheep hard. I started applying late, so I am no where near max. But, if I draw a tag in the next 15 years, it will probably go to one of my granddaughters if it is after 2030-2031.

I use mine all the time!

No need to quench brass after annealing.

Absolutely. Great guy.

I may or may not have had two in a work truck. May or may not have had my face in both. My employer (who the trucks were registered to) may or may not have ignored them. They were dropped after 3 months.

Andy, sell the 4Runner...then tell your wife you get to take the maroon one hunting!

My daughter, not my wife!

Went outside, got a handful of wet snow, and yelled at Taylor "snowball fight!" And beaned her!
-
Was wondering how long it would take...

PM sent. That guy is a nutcase.

Had snow up in north Phoenix near Sportsman's Warehouse!
-
Yeah, I found them hidden in the interweb. Thanks.

True. But... 95%+ of the landowners sell their trespass rights to guides. Those guides turn around and sell to the hunters for pretty steep fees. Those that don't sell to guides are usually sold to the same people year after year. Honestly, good luck in finding a tag somewhere. And make sure you have WRITTEN permission. Look at the regs for what units have tags. I don't think the 23/24 regs are out yet. I looked today.

Definitely not selling it. It is, in fact, a Shadow System CR920. A "Glock 43/43x clone". Just has a lot of bells and whistles and lipstick on the pig.

43x (MOS). I like the extra 4 to 7 round capability. Still conceals very well, even with optic and extended 13+1 mag.

Have you driven the Salt River Canyon? I had an acquaintance go missing a few years ago, and he was eventually recovered off the side of the canyon road.

It was an awesome 24 hours for sure, with some great bucks hitting the dirt. Brandon amd Kyle took a couple great bucks. I should probably do a write up of our day that corresponds to this too. Great trip!

Wow! I was wondering if it was a dumping spot for a DOT for roadkill. I had never seen that. 76 total in 2017 at this pass alone. Another 44 at a different pass nearby. In 1954, 26 mule deer died here from slipping amd falling to their deaths. In 1996, 16 more.

I have a ton of Milwawkee 18v cordless tools. So the Milwawkee Fuel 1/2" impact was a no-brainer for me. I use it for rattling down towersas well as making tire changes a snap. Just hang on tight.

196 2/8" is B&C WR. I have heard 156", which is MASSIVE!
