Should I be ashamed I am thinking of putting a S&B 1-8x24 Short Dot CC on an AR? Or the NF ATACR 1-8x24 F1? At the very low end, maybe a Vortex Razor Gen III 1-10x24? Plus a Red Dot on the 45* right side.

Is it the new Razor LHT 4.5-22x50? It has the "rev stop" ring that comes with it, did you try removing that? Are you saying you only have 10 MOA of UP left after mounting? Or down?

Yeah, ANY store that states they have every single primer type in stock is DEFINITELY a scam. I am afraid you probably got screwed.

For a range trip, you should only be changing one variable at a time.
Powder charge weight
Seating depth
Primer
Neck tension
Never powder charge AND seating depth in the same trip.
And Labradar 100%. Not cheap, but doesn't effect your POI or accuracy by hanging anything off the barrel. Easy, fast, accurate.

Had one of the v8 4Runners at work with 300k+ when it got broadsided and totaled. Great vehicle. Gas milage isn't the best, but not terrible. Nice ride and comfortable. Nimble and they do well off-road.
A little tight getting a bull elk in a 4Runner, but it can be done.

I don't want to be rude, but you guys need to read a manual. If he sent a 7.62x51 (.308 Win) down the barrel of a 6.5CM, which I highly doubt, he is lucky to have a face and fingers.
Like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, then setting off a stick of dynamite behind it, all while 6" from your face.

The Winchester LRP primers you have already are good primers. Don't be afraid to use them.
