I can’t tell you who to use but I can tell you I wouldn’t use A3. Had a bad experience with them on a late December hunt and the owners could care less.

Would you sell just the btx?

I have 2 used 128rc monfrotto fluid tripod heads. Used but functional flawless . Smoothest tripod head I have used. Works fine with my 10x binoculars as well as my btx with 95mm objective. Also comes with 2 plates for each head, one is missing the handle. I used both of them with out the handles. $80 each TYD. $150 for the pair

I found a range finder while hunting in 33 over the weekend. If anyone lost one let me know. It probably wasn’t lost during the rifle hunt as we didn’t see anyone in this canyon but possibly during archery. Let me know what kind and area and I would be happy to get it back to its owner. Andy

Just went out and shot a 3 shot group at .623” with factory Nosler 120gr ballistic tip. I mostly hunted with this rifle shooting factory 140gr accubonds. They shoot around 1”. I did a little reloading for it 4 or 5 years ago and got some .5” groups or better with 140gr ballistic tips but bought a bunch of factory ammo because back then I couldn’t find accubonds for reloading. Shot the factory ammo for a couple years, then got another rifle and haven’t shot this one much since. I’ve taken antelope, ibex nanny, and several aoudad with it out to 500 yds. Has a leupold CDS that hasn’t been claimed yet. Work up a load and get a custom turret built for free. Custom Rifle built in 7MM-08 Remington by Michael Deloach of Nine Run Gun in Screven, GA. Enjoyed the story. Congrats. Good luck on future Colorado hunts. I plan on using my points on a muzzleloader elk hunt in the future.
