I lived east of Monticello 9 years. I'll pm you...

I'm headed to 9 next week. I camp just a couple miles south of Tusayan in NF. You can fill the water tank at the big gas station on the ne corner of 64/180 in Valle.

Wolves were reintroduced in the mid 90's btw. Probably what you heard. There have always been "sightings" since the eradication in i think the 50's, but there have also been grizzly bear and bigfoot "sightings"There was a Sonoran Grey hanging around my family's remote ranch in south central NM in the early 70's. I watched him circle me for several minutes at a distance of only 150 yards. My grandfather saw him also, several times over several days. I'm pretty down to Earth so please don't lump us in with the crazies.

Management is key. If there's healthy numbers, let's see some tags issued and I don't mean just a token governor's tag which none of us will ever get. I've had wolf encounters in AK, NM and AZ. Wouldn't trade those memories for anything.

Is there a class of some kind on the bracelets?

35 years ago I was stationed two hours east of Manchester. I have a lot of love and admiration for the people there and the vast majority of the Brits love us as well. Seems like another common bond we share with the British is that we are led by governments and factions so out of touch with the will and sense of it's common citizenry. God bless our people and our culture and damned you who would attempt to destroy it.

if I don't get this head out of the freezer soon I'll be looking for a new place to live. -
My family hasn't lost any kin I know of since WWI. But I do recall our nation lost an icon on Memorial Day weekend 1971.

Great video. Take the shot, sometimes we take too much time. http://www.mlive.com/news/us-world/index.ssf/2017/05/canadian_hunter_shockingly_sta.html

Deeply disturbing but not surprising. These pigs worship hate and death. Tuned into Fox news as the story unfolded only to hear Shep Twinkie Smith defend Obama's war on terrorism. What a joke.

I know a gal living in Parker, CO. near that toll road. She loaned her brother a car while he was between owning vehicles. He drove through the toll hiway daily for weeks with out bothering to pay. Dear sis got a bill for more than the car was worth. Meanwhile, brother moved to FL.

I remember watching this horse with what I considered a silly name, win the Triple Crown while setting track records at each race. Secretariat was also known as Big Red at the barn. A nick name he shared with a great cousin many times removed, Man O War. Here's to the animal companions that enrich our lives. Whether it's a dog that is always on the hunt or a horse that refuses to lose.
