There's a like new 6.5 CM Ruger predator for $385 shipped on 24 hour campfire cassified. My kids ( both boys) shoot 260 Remington. Not knocking a 243, but we only shot one for the 10-12 year old timeframe. -
Late hunt vs early hunts (what do you do different)

What do you guys do different between an October coues hunt and an early December hunt? We have mainly drawn October tags and this year both kids have 34A early December. The deer will have been hunted hard by the time we go in there. Plus, scouting in September might not help as much. Thanks, Jim -

I bought my kid a bicycle and the guy ask me if I knew anyone looking for a Jeep. I told him that I would pass it on, so here it is. It's listed on Craigslist ( Tucson) for $3800 but he implied the bottom line is closer to $3K. His number is 520 820-9365.

I've had a few Tikkas and really like the smooth action and great accuracy. Pretty light weight as well. Shoulder a few brands and cycle the bolt, then choose your favorite. Hard to go wrong with any of them.
