Anyone up here bear hunting? Just like to know if anyone shot a bear? We set up calling on a ridge and after a hearing a few twigs break with minutes 2 shots were fired directly in our direction no idea if the bear was hit or not

So this year my new years resolution is to work harder for a bear, this year will be my second year hunting bears in az yet to see one, I would really like help on where is a good spot to start,and when to start scouting. I'm not afraid to hike miles in for one if I have to any help will be appreacated

Drew two youth elk and a archery bull tag for my dad.

After a brutal 5 mile hike in we jumped a massive coues deer which my buddy shot Saturday morning. the wind was brutal and blew the arrow high and into the neck. But just happened to knock the lungs. After we got done celebrating a hit deer we waited and hr and started to move in, we tracked the deer for about 500 yds up and down the mts and then the blood trail finally ended, and we where at a stand still, after it got late we decided to head back the next day to find it with some help, we found it no more then 100yds from our last seen blood spot in a tree, the deer is defiantly going to be a memory for a while.

Buddy and I went out to mesquite wash this morning and he shot a nice 4x4, lost quite a bit of blood then clotted up and blood trail disappeared I think the arrow was a little high if anyone finds the buck please message me, it's a nice 4x4 we are going to head back out tomorrow morning

Saw a monster 5x5 this morning no luck with it, it was on a full sprint and never stopped Other wise nothing for the rest of the day!

My little brother is going on his first deer hunt in unit 10 it begins October 3 would like to know a genral spot to start at, he only got put in there so my dad can take some extra time to scout for his elk hunt any help is greatly appreciated to help him tag out on his first hunt!

Is there bears in unit 10? Im going up today and my brorher has a deer hunt starting the third and bear opens up so I have a tag just incase but has anyone ever seen one or killed one in there?

I was lucky enough To get drawn for 3c/3a any antlered deer and kill my first deer and first bow kill opening morning! It all started at 4am my dad and I got up out of the cabin and left For our spot where we decided to glass. Within 30 seconds of legal hunting time we spotted three deer, as we tried to make out antlers they were spooked by something and ran off! We later glassed up a herd of elk and a single cow elk, I was already 100 yds from the cow so I decided to do a practice spot and stalk and I eventually ended up 6 yds from it and stood there for probably 5 mins before it noticed me and it started to bark for 10-15 mins!! We hiked out of the glassing area after seeing nothing but elk for 4.5 hrs! So we decided to move to the area where we have also seen deer before but before we got there we were stopped multiple times by 2 different does and finally my first deer which was 44 yds away through some thicket and up hill, once the deer was hit immediately jumped and bucked as it ran, my dad and I watched it fall off a 4 foot ledge and we knew he was dead we wait 20 more minutes before we headed out to see that I had stuck him perfectly with a double lung and liver shoot complete pass through! It may not be big but so far it's number 1 in my record book for deer!

Just went out to see what we can find jumped 3 more bucks a 4x5 and 2 spikes!
