So happy I picked up my 2019 Ram 2500 crew 4X4 6.4 hemi back in August 2020. Picked it up from a private seller had 1,700 miles and he was forced to sell it due to covid downturn. He paid 62K for it the December prior. I Paid 39K no taxes. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. 4-5 years back went to the sunrise 3D shoot over 4th of July weekend. Was amazed at how many young families were driving expensive trucks, pulling huge trailers/ 5th wheels and they were loaded with toys. Easily 200K setups. Could not even imagine having that kind of debt that depreciates so quickly. Paid $67k for my first house in 1989. I bet the original poster is happy he is out from under that deal.

When Costco used to make their combo pizza that was my favorite. Long time ago there use to be a pizza place on 43rd ave and Mcdowell called Time Square Pizza that made the best I ever had anywhere. To be honest, not a huge fan of pizza as I think it is mostly overrated. I hate spending more than $20 for a pie.

I know in the 70's you could actually go down to G&F main office on Greenway and watch the draw as they drew each application one at a time. I never did but I worked for George & Danny Villa and they would sit and watch it for hours on end. Good Luck to all that applied.

Well, like the old saying goes "If you want to play you have to pay" or maybe you prefer "To whom much is given, much is expected". Whatever motivates you, it's time to ante up and make a donation for wildlife. Donation to AES | AES General Store (shopaes.org) Thanks for making a tax deductible contribution and supporting Arizona's wildlife.

I misunderstood this. I thought you meant not hunt all the first nine days of season.

When drawn, I will usually take opening day off, Saturday and Sunday. Go back to work on Monday, head back up Friday after work and hunt Saturday, Sunday and I usually try to take Monday & Tuesday of last week. Always had to make a deal with principal if I got one early to come back the next day. In 26 years of teaching I took a week off one time for a hunt. I ended up getting kidney stones and spent my first day in flagstaff hospital. I never came home but I had some excruciating pain from time to time. I finally passed the stones on a Thursday morning out in the field. Not fun. Teacher friends Joked & told me that is what I get for taking an entire week off. I wish I had a job where it was possible take an entire season off but I don't. I know guys who can take entire hunts off and they don't. That is even harder for me to understand. We get discretionary days we can use but it is really hard to be away from my classes and students. I try to limit taking consecutive days off. I'm not complaining as I knew what I got into when I started years ago. Sorry for hijacking thread.

Heading out tomorrow for my first time to ever fish this. Been wanting to do this for about 40 years.

I had a 6a antelope tag two years ago so I set out some cameras along some travel corridors where I had seen antelope in the past. I learned a lot. First thing I noticed was the antelope in the unit are very nomadic. You go weeks without getting the same buck on camera. I also learned they traveled a lot at night from 11:00 pm to 3:30 am. The other thing I learned was only one calf elk showed up on any camera before June 12th. I think the image was from June 3rd? Beginning on June 12th and there after, newborn calves everywhere. This wasn't just on one camera in a one area. I had camera's from cedar flats north to Flagstaff. I don't know if this is normal but it seems like once a few started calving they all started calving.
