I am running a 2014 Ram 2500 with the 6.4 litre V8. I put Goodyear Duratracs on it. My favorite tire to date. I got 60000 out of my last set and they still have an aggressive tread pattern. Great truck so far, only have 7k on it.

Pm replied.. Let the "idiots" put in for the hunt they want. It will ensure they will not be hunting where you like to hunt and taking you desired tag.

Hunting with an order of protection - Questions/Thoughts needed
HuntHarder replied to naturegirl's topic in The Campfire
Seldom is in the sauce pretty thick tonight. Posting up zingers in all threads... No sense in arguing with him, he knows all, has done all. -
Yeah... 19A is terrible!! I wouldn't waste my hunter safety point on that crappy Antelope unit! No big goats left in there. Seldom drawn killed them all or knows someone who did.

Make sure you have plenty of help to pack out your animal.... That is the hardest part of hunting alone during the early archery hunts. You will most likely lose meat if you do not. As far as your draw odds, those 2 hunts have very close draw odds with 4 points. Both were around 21-24% on the actual odds last year. Good luck on your hunt. -
Wac ems for me. shuttle T or Slick tricks would be my 2nd and 3rd choice.

5 fish in 2 days???? That is insane, we usually have 5 fish before the boat has been started for 15 minutes. I have not been yet this year, but last year in July, it was insane as usual.

Thanks for that in depth review of your Steiner scope. Years ago, I sold optics for a living, and I was never impressed with anything that Steiner put out. I was thinking maybe they changed their glass or coatings with that scope. My eyes just never liked Steiner glass. Kahles, on the hand, I always thought was great glass.

Were you not impressed with the Steiner scope?

Flatlander- Only the 400+ " bulls are going to get killed during early Muzzy. Should be close to 10,000 inches of bone gone from 9 after early muzzy hunt. OP- Late unit 9 can be a tough hunt. Stay in the flats and canyons and you will find elk. Unit will amaze you at how well they can disappear when it starts getting cold.

GIANT unit, do some work, find new areas, move on! Be the bigger person, it is not hard to find new areas in 6A, Elk are literally from the far north boundary, all the way to the far south boundary and everywhere in between. Gives you more reason to get out of town and scout! -
I bet trphyhntr has been putting in some serious work @ country thunder.. Hopefully your cardio is paying off!

I would say no as well. Post a picture of both pedicles facing the camera, this is how I would determine if I have a set in question. As mentioned above, they "should," but not always, be fairly close in size.

I am heading there for a week in May, and wanted to pick anyone's brain that has fly fished for bonefish. I have never fly fished before, but am going to take it up on this trip. I plan on buying an inexpensive take down fly rod and learning before I go. I am curious on what line I should be looking at and what lures I should pick up before I go down there? Thanks for any input

Why write a 1 page paragraph about 1 member? Amanda has engineered this button called IGNORE. Use it if you can not stand someone on this site. It is that easy!

25-06 ???? Best all around bullet

I would go bergers. I have seen them devastate elk. I have never had a bad experience with one, so I guess I am partial to them. -
JCUBED- I think it is pretty clear that we agree that game and fish botched the investigation, but that facts of the case still remain a constant. He committed a violation and got off on a technicality. I do not think there are too many people who believe he did not commit a wildlife violation after reading the transcript. If you do not think he did, your reading comprehension is in question. As far as his rights being violated, there are procedures that need to be followed, and apparently the investigators did not follow them. BIG TIME BOTCH!!!

Bunch of Whiners!!! Some guy figured out how to see his results ahead of when they are supposed to be released, and now AZGFD screwed up the results again!!! WAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!

If you are positive it is him, I would meet up for , if for nothing else, a chit chat session.

Last year, I was hit first day for the bull tag, and then hit 4 days later for my antelope tag. Same card, so your theory of people not knowing about pending charges is out the window.

Are More Elk/Mule Deer at Lower Elevations This Time of Year?
HuntHarder replied to EverythingWx's topic in Shed Hunting
Wear out your boot soles and hope you find the answer to your question. Best way to actually determine this is to observe the animals in the weeks leading up to them dropping their antlers. Each year is different. -
Starting over ... almost 8 years since I've shot

Thanks again AG&F
HuntHarder replied to jackshoe's topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
Jackshoe- If you really think that a Game ranger can not or will not take out a guy hunting, without getting permission, you are seriously mistaken. I have a buddy who is a ranger, and he takes out people every year. He assists on many hunts and gets no compensation for it. It may not be in your character to help someone without receiving compensation, but most Game managers will. Most LOVE their job, and clearly do not do it for the money... Your rant is baseless and very Naïve..
