We gotta stop feeding the trolls on this site.

The GOAT!

keep telling yourself that troll...

Its a brace that straps around your forearm to help brace the pistol. Educate yourself before you sound like an butt.... Putting a buttstock on a pistol length barrel would be illegal unless you go thru the avenues to get your SBR paperwork in order.

I agree that there are a lot of ignorant people on this site. It amazes me that people still post pictures. I choose not to for that very reason. Someone always has something to say and usually they are completely full of shitttt. 100 % legal. I was stopped last year with my pistol that pretty much mirrors that one, minus the bipod and game and fish commented how it was a nice pistol and good luck. Now whether you think this should be classified as a pistol, is simply your opinion and not one that carries any weight behind it. Start a new thread and discuss it, rather than shitting on a guy's post.

Sniff em out you ole' hound dog.

NICE! That is an awesome bull. Do you have any other pics you could post of him. Those dark horns are unreal!

Nice dude! I like the "handgun" too. Is that a suppressor or just one that looks like one? . I am going to take my .300 BO out next weekend and try and smack one with my daughter.

That part i understand, but does anyone have an example of someone getting caught "take" illegally and then their lawyer gets them out of it? I personally know 2 different guys who got nailed by Agfd and they did not get out of it with their lawyers. They weren't using infrared, but they were found guilty of illegal "take" due to other reasons. One of them spent north of 40k on a solid lawyer, because he was facing over 40 combined counts between state and federal charges. (Waterfowl related). His lawyer was unable to get him out most charges, ( even a "take" of wildlife charge), even tho he did not actually take a wildlife, he pursued it. I read on here quite a bit how the vague "take" definition is easy to beat, but its been quite opposite based on what I've seen. Curious if guys are just saying its unenforceable or easy to beat online or if they have actually beat some charges.

Any actual proof or just suspicions? If a guide or outfitter is caught using an infrared to locate animals, I do not see how it would be tough to prosecute that. "take" by AGFD definition, is very broad and gives them a lot of leeway on what they can enforce.

Pretty obvious they just don't want political shoot in here. We hear enough about that EVERYWHERE.

Hope he gets it back! That thing would be hard to miss.

ThomC doesn't hunt or for that matter, leave his mom's basement. Take his comments with a grain of salt. Most everyone I've talked to has said creating another source of water isn't illegal in its self, but littering could technically be. So depending on how you construct it, id say you could be good or technically litter. Not sure if they'd actually prosecute it tho.

I like it when Josiah gets all liquored up and comes on here! Responding twice to the same guy with the same thing.

Tony- I think you are missing the point here. Clearly, they can currently apply for any hunt they want to. I think that is what I and others are saying, is that maybe G&F should look at this. Should a guy whose shoulder is no longer allowing him to draw a bow, be able to crossbow hunt during an archery only hunt? Or should that guy crossbow hunt during the general hunt? It's a tricky situation because I can see arguments for both.
-
Crossbow permits is another subject that azgfd needs to examine. I agree it is abused by some. I met a guy last year on my goat hunt that was clearly not disabled and even gave me a shiteating smirk when he said he could shoot 110 yards with his crossbow.. Again, a few bad apples gonna ruin it for all.

Atleast you have to be in the field to use the rangefinder. You can literally set 5 cameras out, come back in 2 months, figure out which area has more deer in it and make a game plan from there. Imagine if you had to scout those areas without cameras now. You have to hit each area atleast a couple days, sit there for hours and actually put in a little effort. Only after 10 days or so in the field, would you gain a little knowledge of the animals in the area. Then you have to commit to an area and hunt it with no camera watching your other areas. So if the animals change their patterns, you now need to start your scouting over and start actually putting time in the field. Its really easy to put cameras out, check said sd cards, narrow down your hunt area and start having some success. The odds that you kill the biggest buck on camera is still low, but atleast you are in the batter's box swinging away.

Is there a way to get info on how many champ hunters get tags?

I love that people are starting to get a glimpse at how exactly the market works. I have co-workers who have never traded before asking questions. Some are fully engulfed in the GME scheme now. I piggy backed off of it and made some nice gains on AMC and AAL. This market is flat out fun and most are making money in it. Trade wisely and enjoy the extra money!

I thought airbows were banned here? Are they really still legal?
-
WRONG. You will soon see just how easy it will be. How do they enforce all those other laws? How do they prove who's bait it is? As a civilized society, MOST follow the laws. Sure, there will be guys that won't, but the vast majority will. Those who continue to not follow them will eventually get caught. It might be years down the road, but eventually they will be caught.
-
Easily enforceable. Same as enforcing baiting, poaching, night vision and for that matter any other law..

Just kidding dude!!
