Just a question for thought. What is considered a " legally posted property " We all have been out hunting and then have come to a fence or gate that has a no trespassing sign. But didnt know we were on private until we walked up and saw the sign on the gate.

Good morning, I was at Fish and Game last week and was asking the counter lady a question about bonus points and how many were required to be included in the bonus pass drawing for the hunt number I applied for. She answered 1 way and the other lady wasnt sure if that answer was correct. So i thought lets go to the experts. Here is the question, and I will use hunt # 3010 rifle Bull Elk unit 3A/3C as a example. The chart shows that in order to be included in the bonus pass for the spring 2021 draw I would need 8 bonus points. First off am i reading that correctly. And the original question is does that number of bonus points required also include my application for for the draw I am appling for? So in other words if I have 7 bonus points and 1 entry application am i considered to have the 8 points required to be included in the bonus pass?

Thanks that makes sense.

Searching for 1986 or older pick-up truck. Want to go back to the old days of carburation and spark = engine running. Tired of computers, sensors, monitors, relays ect. Prefer GMC or Chevy but a nice ford or Dodge would do also Thanks

Where can we find this report that shows how many bonus points were needed this year to draw a tag for the hunt and unit that was applied for?

Need to find someone who can use these. I have 18 loaded 257 Roberts rounds. 9 are Remington, and 9 of them are the old Winchester silvertips. I have 2 boxes of older 16 gauge game load shotgun shells.

I am getting rid of some Ammo for a friend of mine who inherited it from his Father who passed away recently. I have 2 1/2 boxes of game loads in 2 3/8 inch shells. And 3 cases of clay pigeons. There was also 2 boxes of 3 inch magnum shells in 20 guage. These shells are older and appear to be in shootable shape. If you can use them you can have them. $30.00

No hunting on State land , Locked Gates ?
Tight Guy replied to marlin's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Had this same problem before. Its my understanding that State trust land is open for hunting season with a valid hunting license. Had ranchers tell me I was trespassing before when I knew from my GPS and landowner layer that I was on public land. Mr. Perkins in 19A seems to think he owns the whole valley. Of course he charges $$ for Antelope hunts and wants the private / public checkerboard area all for his clients. The checkerboard private / public is a tough one. The legal right to cross from public to public at the exact corner intersection is something that is Im sure is depending on who you talk to. As far as the USFS access. We had outfitters in Colorado gate off roads with access to Forest Service land. They would do this the night before opening day. By the time the warden for the area could come out 2 to 3 days later to remedy the situation the best days to get a Elk were over, and they of course weren't the ones who put that gate up. I was also told by a rancher / Outfitter that he could block access to FS land across his property as long as 1 access road into the forest somewhere remained open even if it was 50 miles away. I agree with the ranchers restricting access to their property because of idiots. Heck we all would do the same. -
My son drew a muzzle loading tag for 3B and needs to buy a rifle for this Elk hunt. I would lend him mine but I have the same hunt. Anybody have a muzzleloader rifle they are looking to sell?? And has anybody had this hunt and can offer advice? Much appreciated Thanks
