Lightweight Custom Build Ideas

Good Grizzly cartridges start with a 338 and go up, a decent minimum would be a 30 cal. magnum and heavy stout bullets. -
Cartridge of the Week: .243 Winchester

I have used two of these springs and they reduced the trigger pull as stated. http://erniethegunsmith.com/catalog/i35.html -
The 221 FB makes a great fur gun.

That is the same experience my son and I had, they also park three to seven trucks/utvs right on top of every water source that is even remotely close to the road. I would rather hunt the early 12 A e/w hunts then 12 b.
-
I wouldn't scout for that hunt until October, which is when the migration begins. It is also a meat hunt you may get lucky but 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 % of the deer are dinks. The big deer dont move into that area until the middle to end of November. If you take a look at Az f&g web site it will tell you the same thing, if you put in for that hunt thinking you are going to kill/see a big buck you will not be happy. Good luck! .

The trigger is very close to 2.5/3 lbs and pretty crisp. It has a brand new reduced power spring in it.
-
I wish it had 24 inch straps.
-
Its a 22 so you will need to find the ammo it likes but the Walthers shoot very well out of the box. They have excellent triggers and great ergonomics.
-
Did you number the shots to correspond with the charge weight?

Full length or neck sizing?
452b264 replied to Lazy-H98's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
A body die and a Redding competition neck sizing die. This gives you the best of both worlds. -
I hope someone buys this real soon!

They should have introduced the California turkey vulture to the Kaibab you CANT kill one of those things if you beat it with a baseball bat.
