We picked some a few years back in unit 10. About an hour later we all saw a 728" bull and three pink elephants. They were great even without cooking them.

That doesn't mean you got your cape tho. They do capes in lots. Chances are you have someone elses cape on your elk.

Worked Payson rodeo this weekend and we had some very good rain most of the day Fri. and throughout the morning on Sat. Needed the rain but working the rodeo in 8 inches of mud really sucks. It's hard trying to climb a fence when your feet are muddy.

Kinda redundant...wouldn't you say??

Just curious .270.....What would cave men do to whomever had the smallest wiener? Did that guy get stuck with all the fat cave-women?

Don't need the motorhome but I am sure impressed with that elk mount in your avatar. Nice bull -
The last thing I am concerned about when outdoors is a fashion statement. I looked, I don't have a picture of myself with the snake gaiters but look at this debacle of an outfit. Casino Arizona giveaway T shirt from Grandpa, hand me down jean shorts from Andre the giant - have no idea how I got them, dress socks from work the day before, and skater shoes from my high school days. Wife don't care, dog don't care, critters don't care. Although I do have my devils hat on. Largemouth_July.jpg Those shorts have 1992 written all over them LOL 1992 is ok...maybe they will come back in style....................................................maybe not

Hunting with an order of protection - Questions/Thoughts needed
murfys69law replied to naturegirl's topic in The Campfire
Naturegirl. You just made a post yesterday in the "6A archery hunt" and you tell someone 6A is a big unit and you can get away from people if you hike in a ways. Then why this thread with all the dama about maybe seeing your ex on your hunt? I think you should listen to what you are saying and take your own advice. JMO and think many others here too -
Please show some pics...I gotta see this...

I worked for Sitgreaves FS when I got out of high school in 74' for a season. Worked with some of the hotshot teams and "boy howdy" do they work. We did slash cutting and built firebreaks. Some of the hardest work I have ever done. I have a ton of respect for these guys and gals. Finally at the end of the season me and 3 other guys got to work at the Winslow airport loading slurry planes. Great job but will def. kick your a$$ if you aint in shape.

How long is powder good for?
murfys69law replied to joelpresmyk8's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Loaded some rounds last year from some 1 pounders I had and they still had the Smitty's grocery store sticker on them. $16.95 a pound........awwwww...the good ole' days. I keep mine in a 50cal ammo can. It has a rubber gasket and, closes tight and no light gets in. Keep it out of the heat tho like said above. -
The weatherman in Arizona are right a lot. June:...Sunny and HOT!!....July...Sunny and HOT!!! Sep.....2%chance of rain but it will be Sunny and HOT!!!! etc..etc..etc

Picked up my new Browning 12 gauge from sonof12. Nice meeting you Jon and thanks for the great shotgun. He did get me for an extra $3 since neither of us had change. hahahaha Well worth it tho.

Using old brass versus New brass for working up load
murfys69law posted a topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Just a quick question for all the super re-loaders here. If you are starting to work up a load for a gun, would you use new or maybe once fired brass that has been shot out of that gun. Any benefits for once fired versus new? -
Turn your volume up. This is too good to miss. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=ZKLnhuzh9uY
