-Top gun is a 1965 model 336 Marlin 30-30. Great gun, smooth as butter. Has a little normal wear that makes it look and feel like an awesome authentic American classic. $700 -Second rifle is an aero precision ultra light weight upper receiver with a chrome lined Aero BCG. It has an sig Romeo red dot on it. Lower receiver is a KE arms polymer lower. Those things are made here in Phoenix and are supposed to be the only legit polymer lowers on the market. Total gun with a full mag weighs 5.1 pounds. $600 -Third rifle is a Sun Devil manufacturing AR15 I had Dave Beaty (Owner of Sun Devil manufacturing located in Mesa) build me for predator calling, it’s a tack driver and is is pretty light weight. Topped with a Leupold VX3I. $900 -Fourth rifle is a new marlin by Ruger model 1896 45-70 gov. Topped with a Steiner 1-5 power. I have only sighted in this gun, other than that it has been a safe queen. $2,100 -Fifth and bottom rifle is a sigm400 topped with a Holson HS510C & flip up magnifier (as shown in the individual picture as the group picture it is bare without the optics that actually come with it.) $900 -Last is an Sig p365x Cary gun. Comes with a kidex holster for concealed carry and this HS507K red dot with co-witnessing tritium night sights. I think I have like 3-4 mags for it. Yes that’s right. It’s just 5 mils different from whatever the center of the cross hair is at.

They look similar, not the same. A-lot like identifying a boar or sow with bears, the more you look over and hunt them the more you can identify cow vs. bull.

I think it’s $1650 or something for a tag. NM doesn’t have points so odds never get better. Depending on what hunt you do you have around a 1-3% chance at drawing a tag on average I believe.

And a loose suppressor = inconsistent accuracy

Most guys are running a quick detach system these days with their cans so you get the best of both worlds while protecting your threads. But if you go direct thread I just degrease the threads on the barrel and suppressor. This helps keeping it from walking off unintentionally.

To my surprise I drew my second choice which is a Late Archery bull tag in unit 22S. I plan on scouting HARD and learn the unit very well with a scouting trip planned in 2 weeks....After reading some different things some people say that elk "winter" in the south and spend the the summer in the north out of the unit boundary? Any information or tips on the unit and or late archery hunt would help, thanks!

No, because as a resident with 0 points you have 1 chance at drawing one of the random tags. 80% of the tags allocated to residents go random. With 8 points on a group app as a non resident you have 9 chances at drawing one of the random tags for the non-residents which is only 50% of 10% of the tags. That’s the way I understand it

I have a new STX and 65mm objective that I have never used in field. I just use the BTX so much I don’t need the spotting scope. New the STX runs 2,600 plus tax and the 65 runs 1,100 plus tax. I’d sell the combo for 2,800. Perfect brand new condition. located in Queen Creek

Looking to hunt old Mexico in January/February 2024. How can I get on a good ranch with old mature buck on it?

Bought this in February. Sighted it in and it’s been in the safe. Don’t need to sell it but wanted to see if anyone was more interested in it than me. I have a bunch of boxes of ammo for it that I’ll include along with the Steiner 1-5 scope. I have 3 boxes of the nice Buffalo boar ammo that is also included. 2,500 drop to 2K
