Well, my son has killed lots of mule Deer but this is his 1st coues. Spotted bigger ones this morning but lost them found this guy at 3pm. 380yds and that's all she wrote. Heck of a pack out. We just got home. Unit 21 by the way. We have 1 more tag to fill

Yeah his family didn't hunt but he was very interested like my son at a young age. Took him under my wing like he was my own. Now he is a hunting and fishing machine!

Thanks guys. Both boys are 18 now. Taught my son and his best friend how to hunt took them both since they were 6 years old. They dont need me anymore except on this hunt to help with 3mile in and out pack outs!
