You won't ever regret either. Especially if you are able to get a deal. I don't know if you get pro deals on the Meopta line but they are worth throwing in the ring with the others as well.

Nice work. Congrats.

Third time's a charm!

Very cool. I think it would be a blast to get into duck hunting, unfortunately due to time and family obligations I can only be subpar at hunting a limited number of species. -
Ill have a nikon ed50 for sale here pretty soon if you're interested I have 0 experience with the nikon spotting scope but this might be worth meeting up to look at. I carry 8's and 15's and love it. I wad in a similar situation as you, young family and limited funds and just hunted with garbage poetics for about 4 years. Every birthday and holiday everything I got went towards the bino funds until I could afford what I wanted. I had heard enough from the buy one cry once crowd that it sank in. It doesn't necessarily have to be swaro/leicas to last you forever either. (Mine were swaros and I don't regret it though. )

Nice deer and a cool story.

Thought I would share. I didn't want these to come apart, but they are wedged together so perfectly that I don't have to worry about it.

I double checked when I got home and I have the Kodiak CUB and it hasn't ever gotten in the way of shooting my bow. -
Solid work.

I have a headlamp, havalon blade, lighter, matches, para-cord, tags, and some type of protein bar or other misc item in mine. It doesn't feel too big or bulky or in the way. They have great customer service in my experience. -

To be honest I'm not sure what model I have. I haven't had any complaints about it and can keep everything necessary in the I would need for a kill until I can get back to my pack. I wouldn't personally want to keep my rangefinder in the front pouch though because my model has a zipper and I wouldn't want to mess with that in an archery situation. If you are a rifle guy it probably wouldn't matter. Best thing to do is call them. I spoke with Jaret, the owner and creator of it. He's a good guy and will talk about the product and hunting like he knows you and then send you both models you like for free. You send back the one you don't like with a check in it. -
That's a pretty sweet find.

very good archery buck. congrats.
