Yes, I have the 12X42's and they are legit. Had the 12X50 EL HD's for years and these are a lot nicer surprisingly. My buddy has 12X50 EL's and was shocked at the difference when looking through them side by side on an elk hunt.

To all that have the tag, where are you camping?! It seems as though pretty much the entire 11M forest is closed to camping. Used to camp on the east side of Walnut Canyon but there are a TON of squatters in there occupying all the camping spots.

Kev, I have a Thermacell and it works awesome. They make the cartridges that have earth scents kinda like the wafers that you can put on your clothing etc.

Have had several of them and they were all shooters. Not too sure about the scope of choice on that one though!
