Very sad but true. I live out in avondale and sometimes head out to the white tanks to shoot. It does look a lot more like a landfill than a recreation area. I can't control the actions of others but you won't find any of my trash out there.

The real solution would simply be enforce the 14 day rule already in place! Not continue to take more and more, until they get what they really want. NO USE AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO HUNTING!!! As somebody who spends many days each year carrying my camp on my back I believe very strongly in the 'leave no trace' practice. While I certainly dont think that towing someone's base camp away because they've packed into the wilderness for a few days is a real good idea I do consider it to be very rude for people to leave their crap all over the forest for weeks at a time. I'm a hiker in the forest much more often than a hunter and I don't think the tag in a persons pocket gains them any special priviledge or right to the land beyond what a dayhiker a backpacker or even a guy walking his dog is entitled to. I see camps in unit 27 every summer that are set up in july and still there in sept. I always assumed they must be elk outfitters because it seems like its the same trailer and truck every year, but i could be mistaken. At any rate, inconsiderate people like this that go way beyond the 14 day limit are the ones I think this is aimed at. Another example of a careless selfish few ruining it for everyone.

I keep thinking about headin up there for a winter hunt. I used to do a bit of bowhiking out in the hills north of coyote springs when I was a teenager but never even came close to getting the job done. Its great country. Good luck up there!

I think the low information voter is realizing what they thought would be a free hand out in healthcare, is not. When jobs and hours, start getting slashed under the employer mandate, then we will see millions of very unhappy people. That is one reason why Obama put a one year delay on the employer mandate.......MID TERM ELECTIONS. HE doesn't want too many angry Voters before then. IF we can get a Republican in the Whitehouse in 2017, we can do some damage control, created by O-Bonehead. Specifically Obamacare. Even as we speak, I am sure the Whitehouse is cooking up some scheme to appease the brainless. Who? McLame? Flake? Christie? All retards. America needs to steer clear of politicians all together & get another business man or woman in the white house. Someone who's a captain of industry, not a feel-good-public-speaker / 'community organizer', whatever the heck that is. We need someone who can run a balance sheet, set realistic goals, motivate & hold accountable their underlings & make the painful decisions that might hurt special interest groups, but will benefit the country as a whole in the long run. Reagan's cabinet had the highest percentage of business captains out of any of the last 10 presidents. Obama's the lowest. Need we draw further comparisons?

You have a real problem in a representative republic when the only options that the masses of citizens, working class people, have to choose from as representatives are a bunch of rich men & their kids. How can a person born to money have any idea at all what my best interests are, much less represent them? Kind of like me giving a speech on what it's like to be an overweight Asian Lesbian. With all the free media these days, such as twitter, facebook, youtube, etc, I think it's more possible than ever for a viable, middle class working man or woman to step forward & try to do some good for us.

yes, it has some adjustment & can be changed further by changing modules. Unfortunately, it'd have to go to a dealer to change a module, as I only have the 29" one that is on it.

The opposite happened to a buddy of mine during an anterless elk hunt. It may have been anterless, but there were danglers present & it wasn't a calf either.

I once read a book on building roadracing motorcycles where the author dropped this little pearl: "If an engine builder stands head & shoulders above the competition, it's because he's standing on a pile of broken parts." That quote has always stuck with me, as I've found it applies to almost every area of life. You gotta spook a few deer & you gotta blow up a couple engines before you really figure out what you're doing. In my case, I've only built a couple engines & have yet to blow one up, but I spooked hundreds of deer for 15 years or more of bowhiking before I finally figured out how to get within bow range & seal the deal.
